Section 1 - That the bid of Applied Information, Inc., establishing a price contract for School Zone Flashing Beacon, for the Division of Traffic Engineering, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
