BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 1 of Resolution No. 298-2021 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute certificates of consideration and other necessary documents, and to accept deeds for property interests needed for the Liberty Road Trunk Sewer Project, a Remedial Measures Project required by the Consent Decree, at a cost not to exceed $23,287.15.
Section 2 - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 298-2021 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $23,287.15, be and hereby is approved for payment to the property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, from account #4003 - 303408 - 92811, at the time of closing.
