Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Purchase of Service Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Arbor Youth Services, AVOL Kentucky, Inc., Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass, Hospice of the Bluegrass, Inc. d/b/a Bluegrass Care Navigators, Bluegrass Council of the Blind, Inc., the Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning, Central Music Academy, Central Kentucky Youth Orchestra Society, Inc., Children’s Advocacy Center of the Bluegrass, Children’s Law Center, Chrysalis House, Inc., Common Good Community Development Corporation, Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc., FoodChain, Girl Scouts of Kentucky’s Wilderness Road, Glean Kentucky, Inc., God’s Pantry Food Bank, GreenHouse17, Kidney Health Alliance of Kentucky, Lexington Hearing and Speech Center d/b/a The Hearing & Speech Center, Lexington Leadership Foundation, Mission Lexington, Inc. d/b/a Mission Health Lexington, Moveable Feast Lexington, Inc., NAMI Lexington, New Beginnings, Bluegrass, Inc., Shepherd’s House, Inc., the Foster Care Council of Lexington, Kentucky, the Nathaniel Mission, the Nest - Center for Women, Children, and Families, Refuge Clinic, and Visually Impaired Preschool Services (VIPS), to provide services to the public.
