BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Lease Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the following individuals for the listed properties in consideration of the sums stated in annual rent: Hollis Harvill for 705 Caden Lane, $5,400.00; Robert Craig for 3561 Shamrock Lane, $6,600.00 Fred Williamson for 4051 Richmond Road, $2,200.00 and Samuel Garcia for 3990 Raven Run Way, $7,080.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
