BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Hazen & Sawyer, P.S.C., for Sanitary Sewer Remedial Measures Program Management Consulting Services, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $900,000.00, from $1,800,000.00 to $2,700,000.00, and extending the Contract through August 29, 2022.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $900,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Hazen & Sawyer, P.S.C., from account #4003 - 303401 - 71205, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
