BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Elevation Leadership, LLC, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in order to extend the period of performance to August 31, 2021, and increase the Contract price by $8,000.00, raising the total Contract price from $29,000.00 to $37,000.00, plus travel and expenses.
