BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Memoranda of Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Bluegrass Community and Technical College; Bluegrass Area Development District, Inc.; Goodwill Industries of Kentucky; Jubilee Jobs of Lexington, Inc.; Kentucky Refugee Ministries, Inc.; Lexington Rescue Mission; Opportunity Workshop of Lexington, Inc. d/b/a Opportunity for Work and Learning, Inc.; and Urban League of Lexington-Fayette County, Inc. to provide workforce development services at the Charles Young Center.
Section 2 - That a total amount, not to exceed $8,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bluegrass Community and Technical College (not to exceed $1,000.00); Bluegrass Area Development District, Inc. (not to exceed $1,000.00); Goodwill Industries of Kentucky (not to exceed $1,000.00); Jubilee Jobs of Lexington, Inc. (not to exceed $1,000.00); Kentucky Refugee Ministries, Inc. (not to exceed $1,000.00); Lexington Rescue Mission (not to exceed $1,000.00); Opportunity Workshop of Lexington, Inc. d/b/a Opportunity for Work and Learning, Inc.
