BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, is hereby authorized and directed to execute amendments to two (2) Agreements with Greenhouse17 for emergency shelter operation ($373,493.00) and a rapid rehousing program ($20,000.00), in order to decrease funding provided for the operation of emergency shelters by $44,813.00 and reallocate those funds to the rapid rehousing program, reducing the Contract amount for emergency shelter operation to $328,680.00 and increasing the Contract amount for the rapid rehousing program to $64,813.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
