BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, or her designee, on behalf of the Urban County Government, is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to an agreement with Benevate, Inc., in order to purchase up to thirty (30) additional Neighborly Software licenses to aide in the administration of federally funded grant programs.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $57,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Benevate, Inc., from account #3230-160201-71299, pursuant to the terms of the purchase order and the agreement with Benevate, Inc.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
