A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute Subrecipient Agreements with LexArts, Inc., ($325,000), Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center Corporation ($127,500), and Explorium of Lexington ($125,000) in order to allocate $577,500 of federal Grant funds under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to assist these organizations with declines in their revenue and/or periods of closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other needed agreements or amendments with these organizations related to the use of these funds. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
