BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make conditional and promotional offers to the successful candidates for Classified Civil Service, Unclassified Civil Service and sworn positions.
Section 2 - That the Mayor be and hereby is directed to provide a list of names of the successful candidates, pay grades and salaries no later than August 12, 2021.
Section 3 - That this authorization shall expire on August 6, 2021.

Section 4 - That upon successful completion of the physical and/or medical examination, if required, the candidates for Classified Civil Service Positions who accepted conditional offers May start their Classified Civil Service probationary period.
