BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Association for Environmental Education to provide environmental education services for fourteen (14) months in FY 21 and FY 22.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $42,593.15, be and hereby is approved for payment in FY 2021 to the Kentucky Association for Environmental Education, from account #1115-303501-0001-71299 ($17,037.26), account #4051-313201-3095-71299 ($17,037.26), account #4002-313201-3095-71299 ($6,388.97), and account #3160-160705-0001-71299-MOBILITY_2021 3.4 ($2,129.66), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $276,855.76 be and hereby is approved for payment in all subsequent fiscal years to the Kentucky Association for Environmental Education, from account #1115-303501-0001-71299 ($110,742.22), account #4051-313201-3095-71299 ($110,742.22), account #4002-313201-3095-71299 ($41,528.33), and account # 3160-160705-0001-71299-MOBILITY_2021 3.4 ($13,842.78).
Section 4-- That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
