BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 045-2020 is hereby amended to authorize payment of an amount, not to exceed the sum of $3,854,486.96, to L-M Asphalt Partners Ltd. d/b/a ATS Construction, from account #3160-303202-90313-2017-TOWN_TGER_2017 ($3,073,717.25) and #3160-303202-91715-2017-FORBES_2017 ($780,769.71), pursuant to the terms of the construction Contract.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
