Authorization to abolish one (1) vacant classified position of Collection & Conveyance Manager (Grade 530E) and create one (1) classified position of Engineering Section Manager (Grade 527E) in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council. The purpose of this request is to complete the organizational transition that began with the 2019 creation of positions, as a part of the continuous effort to better meet the ongoing and changing needs of the div This will have a future impact of a savings of $16,042.79. Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
