BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Lease Extension Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Metro Employees Credit Union, to extend the term of the lease of 1306 Versailles Road and 101 East Vine Street by a period of one (1) year, beginning July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 for consideration of $47,156.04 with the remaining terms and conditions previously existing.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
