BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an addendum to the agreement with Wiser Strategies, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for creative design services for public outreach and media campaigns for the Division of Environmental Services, expanding the scope of the agreement to provide for additional services for public outreach related to the vacuum leaf collection program, and increasing the contract price by the sum of $10,000.00, from $50,000.00 to $60,000.00.
