BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept deeds and to execute any documents necessary for the acquisition of property interests at 1437 Edgelawn Avenue and at 300 and 301 Blue Grass Avenue, for the Meadows-Northland-Arlington Project Sections 6A1, 6B1, and 6B2.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $7,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, from account #3120-303202-3211-91713, at the time of closing.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
