BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Management Registry, Inc. (f/k/a Omnisource Integrated Supply, LLC), to provide WebEOC coordinator services until RFP 1-2021 closes, at a cost not to exceed $54,000.00.
Section 2 -- That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $54,000.00, is hereby approved for payment to Management Registry, Inc., (f/k/a OmniSource Integrated Supply, LLC), from account # 3200-505201-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 -- That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
