BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Contract Modification No. 7, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., d/b/a AECOM, for additional construction engineering and observation services to support the Town Branch Commons Project, at a cost not to exceed $402,500.00.
Section 2 - That an additional amount not to exceed the sum of $402,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to AECOM Technical Services, Inc., d/b/a AECOM, from account #3160-303202-71299-TOWN_COM_2016 ($161,000.00), from account #3160-303202-71299-TOWN_LEX_2016 ($40,250.00), and account #3160-303202-71...
