BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Streets and Roads is authorized to purchase First Aid Training from Red Cross, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary agreement with Red Cross related to the purchase.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $990.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Red Cross., from the following accounts in the following amounts: #1101-303301-74101 ($330.00), 1115-303303-74101 ($330.00), 4051-303302-74101 ($330.00).
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
