BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Davis H. Elliot Construction Co., Inc.; AE Electrical Solutions; Arrow Electric Company; and Premier Power Maintenance, establishing price contracts for High Voltage Electrical Maintenance and Repair, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
