BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an agreement with the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security to accept additional Grant funds, which Grant funds are in the amount of $4,863.44 in Federal funds under the 2018 State Homeland Security Grant Program, for the purchase of an unmanned aircraft system for the Division of Police, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
