($600), CASA of Lexington, Inc. ($600), God’s Pantry Food Bank, Inc. ($1,100), Salvation Army ($600), Chrysalis House, Inc. ($900), and LexArts Inc. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with: Greenhouse17, Inc.; Baby Health Service, Inc.; CASA of Lexington, Inc.; God’s Pantry Food Bank, Inc.; Salvation Army; Chrysalis House, Inc.; and, LexArts Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to: Greenhouse17, Inc. ($675.00); Baby Health Service, Inc. ($600.00); CASA of Lexington, Inc. ($600.00); God’s Pantry Food Bank, Inc. ($1,100.00); Salvation Army ($600.00); Chrysalis House, Inc. ($900.00); and LexArts Inc. ($700.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
