BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Service Order Contract and Commercial Terms of Service, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Charter Communications Operating, LLC on behalf of Spectrum, for upgrade to fiber internet and ethernet services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,999.00 per month, be and hereby is approved for payment to Charter Communications Operating, LLC on behalf of Spectrum, from account #1101-505502-72204, pursuant to the terms of the contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
