NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit an application and other related documents for additional Coronavirus Relief funds from the Commonwealth of Kentucky (or any of its Dept.s or agencies), to accept any such funding, which is anticipated to be in the amount of $2,000,000.00 (but which May be more or less than this amount), and to take any other necessary related actions.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
