BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Classified Civil Service Appointments:
Kal Gortman, Engineering Technician, Grade 514N, $19.468 hourly in the Division of Engineering, effective December 14, 2020.
Kendrick Shackelford, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 509N, $15.547 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective December 14, 2020.
Dominique Sparks, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 512N, $16.602 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective December 14, 2020.
Sherry Gillum, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 512N, $17.238 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective December 14, 2020.
Mark Chenault, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 512N, $16.548 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective December 14, 2020.

Patrick Wilhelm, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.
Guner Albertson, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.
William Sparks, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.
William Ray, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.
Madison Hicks, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.

Section 3 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed May begin employment.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective upon passage of the Council.
