Title
An Ordinance expanding and extending Partial Urban Services District #5 for the Urban County Government for the provision of street lighting and garbage and refuse collection, to include the area defined as certain properties on the following streets: Argyle Dr., Claridge Ct., Darien Dr., Dundee Dr., Edinburgh Ct., Inverness Dr., Ipswich Ct., Loch Lomond Dr., and Westridge Cir. [Dept. of Environmental Quality and Public Works, Albright]

Body
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Charter of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, Resolution No. 452-2020 was enacted by the Urban County Council on October 8, 2020, specifying the intention of the Urban County Government to expand and extend Partial Urban Services District #5; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Charter of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, Resolution No. 452-2020 was published in the Lexington Herald-Leader; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to KRS 67A.860, certified letters were mailed to property owners to be affected by the expansion and extension of Partial Urban Services District #5, informing them of the proposed expansion and extension and the time and place of a public hearing; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Charter of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and KRS 67A.860, a public hearing was held on November 10, 2020, to inform and receive the views of all interested persons concerning the expansion and extension of Partial Urban Services District #5.
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.04 OF THE CHARTER OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT AND KRS 67A.150, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
