BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with FoodChain, Idle Hour Neighbor's Alliance, and The Lexington Public Library Foundation, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to FoodChain ($500.00), Idle Hour Neighbor's Alliance ($1,720.00), and The Lexington Public Library Foundation ($1,125.00), from account #1101 121002 ...
