BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept an award of $511,078.00 in Federal funds from the U.S. Department of Justice through its Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Abuse Site-based Program, in order to create the Lexington Overdose Outreach Project-2 (LOOP-2) for FY 2021, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
