BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Classified Civil Service Appointments:
Yisrael Safeek, Attorney, Grade 523E, $2,227.28 biweekly in the Department of Law, effective December 7, 2020.
Lisa Farmer, Director of Community Corrections, Grade 534E, $4,384.64 biweekly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective November 23, 2020.
Vicky Stratton, Administrative Specialist, Grade 513N, $18.626 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective November 23, 2020.
Candace Pelfrey, Assistant Records Custodian, Grade 510N, $16.140 hourly in the Division of Police, effective December 7, 2020.

Darrius Ford, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.

Yobana Garcia, Family Support Worker, Grade 511N, $16.500 hourly in the Division of Family Services, effective December 7, 2020.
Section 4 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed may begin employment.
Section 5 - That this resolution shall become effective upon passage of the council.
