BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with East End Community Development Corp., Hill-N-Dale Neighborhood Association, and Pine Meadows Neighborhood Association, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to East End Community Development Corp. ($625.00), Hill-N-Dale Neighborhood Association ($500.00), and Pine Meadows Neighborhood Association ($1,100.00) from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
