Summary

Authorization to sign an Agreement with Lexington - Fayette County Health Department (LFCHD) for temporary access to the Black & Williams Center for local COVID-19 response. LFUCG will provide 1,721 square feet of program space at Black & Williams Center to LFCHD, for an initial term of 6 months. LFCHD will operate a training / satellite office for temporary staff. LFUCG will waive lease payments for the term of the Agreement. No Budgetary impact. (L1086-20) (Ford)

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, providing the Health Department with temporary access to approximately 1,721 square feet of the Black & Williams Center for its local COVID-19 response.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
