Authorization to accept the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the U.S. Department of Energy, Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office (PPPO). The purpose of this MOU is to establish a cooperative Agreement with the Lexington Police Department to provide timely and effective responses to the PPPO Lexington Office during specific security incidents in which law enforcement support is required.
