BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Site Agreement between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and the Kentucky Environmental Education Leadership Corp (an AmeriCorps program of the Kentucky Environmental Education Council) for the placement of an AmeriCorps member for the Division of Parks and Recreation through August 31, 2021.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $6,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment from account # 1103-707605-7552-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
