BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a certificate of consideration and other necessary documents, and to accept a deed for a portion of the property located at 2319 Clays Mill Road, for the Southland Area Stormwater Improvement Project, at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $50,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, from account # 4052 - 303204 - 92211, at the time of closing.

Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
