BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of General Parts Distribution, LLC d/b/a Advance Auto Parts; Bachman Auto Group, Inc., Fleet Pride, Inc.; Worldwide Equipment, Inc.; NAPA Auto Parts; Kentuckiana Auto & Truck Supply, LLC; and Lexington Truck Sales, Inc., establishing price contracts for Filters, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
