BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept deeds and to execute any documents necessary for the acquisition of property interests needed for the Citation Boulevard Phase IIIA project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,446,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, from account # 2610-303202-3251-91715, at the time of closing.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
