BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Grants & Special Programs is authorized to purchase one (1) additional Neighborly Software user license from Benevate, Inc., for use in Grants and special program administration, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary addendum or Agreement with Benevate, Inc., related to the license.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,090.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Benevate, Inc., from account #3120-160201-71299, pursuant to the terms of the purchase order and any addendum or Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
