NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit a Coronavirus Relief Fund Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Department for Local Government in the amount of $15,628,924.00, consistent with Resolution No. 260-2020, to provide any additional information or documentation required, and to take any other necessary related action including the acceptance of the funds.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
