BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Thomson Reuters for Westlaw on-line legal research and publications and Westlaw CLEAR information search services, for the Department of Law.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $36,912.01 in FY 2021 be and hereby is approved for payment to Thomson Reuters, from account #1101-194101-77802, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
