BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Classified Civil Service Permanent Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Benjamin Cotton, Laboratory Technician, Grade 513N, $17.717 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective May 11, 2020.
Michael Vaught, Fleet Operations Manager, Grade 521E, $2,515.39 biweekly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective May 25, 2020.
Section 2 - That the following Classified Civil Service Council Leave, be and hereby is ratified:
Kevin Binder, Staff Assistant, Grade 508N, $18.160 hourly in the Division of Family Services, effective June 17, 2020 through September 14, 2020.
Section 3 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
