BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Council be and hereby ratifies, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, the Mayor's previous execution of an Agreement, which was entered into pursuant to her authority under KRS Chapters 39A and 39B and her and the Governor's respective Emergency Orders related to the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to continue to maintain the timely operations of the government, with Crestline Hotels and Resorts, LLC d/b/a Residence Inn South, as agent for HIT Portfolio I MISC TRS, LLC, for temporary occupancy by First Responders affected by COVID-19, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $10,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Crestline Hotels and Resorts, LLC d/b/a Residence Inn South, as agent for HIT Portfolio I MISC TRS, LLC, from account #3200-505204-71302, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
