Summary
Authorization to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Cost Reimbursement Agreement between the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) and the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. This MOU and Agreement is to formalize the relationship between the FBI and the Lexington Police Department (LPD) in order to maximize cooperation and to create a cohesive unit capable of addressing the most complex terrorism investigations.
