BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Site Specific Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Jessamine South Elkhorn Water District, Grey Oak Lane, LLC, Ball Homes, LLC, and the City of Nicholasville, to provide sanitary sewer conveyance and treatment capacity to the Ash Grove Joint Storm and Sanitary Project in Jessamine County.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
