BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Emergency Management, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase Accessible Hazard Alert System from Deaf Link Inc., a sole source provider at a cost not to exceed $8,687.49
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed $8,687.49 is hereby authorized for payment to Deaf Link Inc., a sole source provider, $2,895.83 from Account # 3200-505201-76102, $2,895.83 from Account # 3200-505204-76102, $2,895.83 from Account # 1100-505201-76102.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
