BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Council be and hereby ratifies, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, the Mayor’s previous execution of a modified grant agreement, which was entered into pursuant to her authority under KRS Chapters 39A and 39B and her and the Governor’s respective Emergency Orders related to the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to continue to maintain the timely operations of the government, with the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security to extend the period of performance for the FY18 State Homeland Security Grant for the Lexington Bomb Squad through June 30, 2021, at no additional cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
