Summary

Authorization to donate thirty-five (35) Full Face Respirators, to the Scott County Sheriff’s Office. This equipment has been taken out of service for the Lexington Police Department. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to donate to the Scott County Sheriff’s Office, thirty-five (35) Full Face Respirators taken out of service by the Division of Police.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
