WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County
Government to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE
URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed:
) $_667,595.00_ _from_ General Services District Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_150,903.00_ _from_ the Full Urban Services District Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_410,000.00_ _from_ the County Aid Program Fund_to_ various accounts.
) $_1,306.00_ _from_ the Affordable Housing and Homelessness Prevention Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_114,969.00_ _from_ the Sanitary Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_32,661.00_ _from_ the Water Quality Management Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_4,572.00_ _from_ the Landfill Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_3,266.00_ _from_ the Right of Way Program Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_5,227.00_ _from_ the Extended School Program Fund _to_ various accounts.
