BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government hereby authorizes and adopts an updated filing fee schedule for Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment applications, a copy of which schedule is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That the updated filing fee schedule is necessary to address the recently increased filing fees at the Office of the Fayette County Clerk.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
