BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care, and Clarke Power Services, Inc., establishing price contracts for Transmission Repair, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
